The Park & Eat was once located just about where Kenny's Glass is today, on 31 coming in to Columbus. It was a small "Drive-In" type restaurant. Didn't they have a sandwich similar to Frisch's Big Boy?
I'm not sure when the Park-N-Eat opened or when it closed. I'm looking for pictures to post on the website. The closest I've gotten so far is a picture of the sign, which was in one of the CHS yearbooks in the late 1960's.
Nanc, by any chance, does your phone book show a listing for the Park-N-Eat? Richard, how about your 53 Directory?

Kenny Glass is in the same location that Park N Eat was in. Kenny Glass has added on to the building of late.

Park-N-Eat was open until at least the late-70s or early 80s. I lived in Northgate addition within sight of their sign and had a few older neighbors who would drive over to Park-N-Eat several nights a week for dinner.
