The names are shown and the date after the name is the date of building or the opening year. If there isn't a date listed then that is unknown in my research.
-Keiths Hall 1865 -F. J. Crump Opera Hall 1872 -Pallas 1875 -Schwartzkopf Opera House -Crump Theater 1889 -Bijou 1902 -Orpheum 1902 -Rio Theater 1940s -Mode Theater 1940s -Hope Theater -Camp Atterbury #5 1940s -Columbus Drive-Inn Theater
Bob, if I remember, I've also seen The American Theater in a postcard somewhere. I can't remember what year, but it was most likely the early 1900's.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Orpheum and the American were both at the same location as the Rio Theater.

David, you are correct that it was first named Orpheum Theater in 1902 time-frame; then American Theater and lastly Rio Theater. I found the answer as you suggested in the Vintage Post Card Book by Tamara Stone Iorio. It was apparently called the K of P Building in the very early 1900s. It was directly located across the street from the early fire department on 5th Street. Thanks for the heads up.
