GREAT IDEA!!! Babs....... I will support all efforts into the gathering of pictures, cropping and providing them to whomever for production. If there is an audio or written introduction, then we need a "golden throat" like Sam Simmermaker maybe to help. If a written presentation you or Nancs are among the best in the written word. Again, whatever I can contribute to the effort I will be happy to help. I will buy at least two if the project becomes reality.
Additionally, Richard has taken some of the most quality pictures I have viewed in a while. He has brought out the destruction sequences in a memorable manner. However, of course sadness prevails among thousands of former students and school officials.
Thanks Richard for your insight to Columbus history as it is changing.
Bob

This view, from sixth street, is the north / south alley behind the Gymnasium after the walls were taken down.

Margo, I love your suggestion of the school desk to be included in the CD if we pursue this project. :-) It would be delightful to have such a snapshot in the mix. A really clever idea!

I took one of Richard's pictures, one of my pics of Central, merged the two, and came out with this:

I’m thinking that these markings are the manufactures marks. Do you think anyone could find out who made these bricks?
